Exalt Academy's
Child Find Policy
Exalt Academy is committed to the Child Find mandate as part of our dedication to providing a quality education for all students in Arkansas.
Our Child Find Policy ensures that we proactively identify, locate, and evaluate all children within our jurisdiction who may have disabilities and require special education services. This includes children who are homeless, wards of the state, or attending private schools, regardless of the severity of their disability. Through a systematic process of screening and assessment, we aim to identify students in need of support as early as possible.
Parents, teachers, and community members are encouraged to refer any child who may be experiencing difficulties. Exalt Academy collaborates with families and professionals to ensure that every child receives the appropriate services and interventions necessary to achieve their full potential.
The complete resource for Child Find is in our Student Services Handbook located on our website, www.exaltacademies.org.
For questions on our Child Find policies, you can contact Director of Student Services, Tammy Harper, tharper@exaltacademies.org.
